Event:

The Inner Group focuses on the Life energy at the core of its being and feels It flowing as an electric current throughout all its structure. This leads to a visualization of the structure of Living Light which is the Group on the mental plane. It resembles a toroidal sphere with twelve whorls of Light inside it and with a shaft of Light entering from north to south; this shaft of Light creates a “sun” in the center of the sphere. Each component within the sphere has a four-dimensional motion, while the overall structure has a five-dimensional motion.

The four-dimensional motion of the Light is an expression of the buddhi or intuitional state of consciousness that characterizes the internal structure of the Group in all its relationships, including the Group’s relation with the Ashram. The five-dimensional motion is an expression of the atmic state of consciousness that characterizes the relation of the Inner Group with Shamballa and humanity.

Second and Third Degree Initiates are responsible for the three-dimensional motion of the Inner Group’s structure of Light by holding and working with a continuous mental focus “in the Light” — this focus links the higher mind with the lower mind and brings into the Group an influx of pure manasic energy. Fourth Degree Initiates are responsible for the four-dimensional motion by holding a focus and working with the spiritual intuition — this focus brings in the energy of buddhi and makes the Group coherent and magnetic. Fifth Degree Initiates are responsible for the five-dimensional motion of the Group and for the influx of the Living Light by holding a focus and working with the Spiritual Will illuminated by the Divine Purpose — this focusing makes the Group dynamically creative on the five lower planes.

Dialogue:

The inner communion among the Group’s members focuses on the fact that the Group is currently ideating an Idea and building certain thought-forms.

The Idea that the Group is ideating is the state of consciousness of Synthesis, which is the new triadal state of consciousness placed in a relation of cause and effect with the personality state of consciousness. This process of ideation has been going on for a certain time, which in terms of years on the physical plane has been going on since 1975. Hence, the new state of consciousness brought into focus by the ideation process has matured to the point in which thought-forms can now be built from it with the potential to externalize in the worlds of human living.

The question is asked:

What are the thought-forms which the Group is building in the three worlds of human living?

It is replied that there are several levels in the answer to this question:

1. Every thought-form created or to be created by the Inner Group is essentially an externalization of the archetype upon which the Inner Group is patterned. As the Inner Group is a center of consciousness, on the mental or fifth plane, linking all the states of consciousness or planes from the atmic to the physical so too the Group’s prototypes or thought-forms seek to create centers of consciousness on the physical plane which will link all the subplanes of this plane from the third ether to the dense physical.

2. The fundamental state of consciousness moving through both the Group and the externalizing centers is that of Synthesis — that is, both the Idea and the thought-forms are working with the energy and consciousness of Synthesis. This state of consciousness of Synthesis is founded on and invoked by… the state of consciousness that lives in the Presence of the One Life… the state of consciousness of joyful surrendering to and identifying with the Divine Purpose as it is focused by the Ashram of Synthesis… and the state of consciousness of “joyful exploration in the adventure of living in the Presence of the One Life”.

3. In essence, the Inner Group is an externalization or individualization or identity-taking, on the mental plane, of the archetypal Idea of the new state of consciousness. There is, hence, a relation of cause and effect between the archetypal Idea and the Inner Group — the archetypal Idea is anchored on the atmic plane and has been created by the Divine Purpose itself as it impacts the atmic body of the higher Initiates. So too the relation between the Inner Group and the externalizing centers of consciousness (i.e., the thought-forms) is that of cause and effect.

However, in neither case the relation of cause and effect is one of dynamic to passive. In both cases the relation is one of dynamic to dynamic — this is a characteristic of the Aquarian Age during which the first aspect of Divinity is the dominant note creating relations in which all parties are energized by will–purpose. This means that in the same way that the Inner Group has to ideate at the mental level the archetypal Idea under the impulsing energy of the Purpose (contained in the Idea), so too the externalizing centers of consciousness have to add to this descending Idea their quota of creative activity while identifying with its impulsing Purpose.

More specifically…

The archetypal Idea, as it descends on to the atmic plane from the Council at Shamballa, on the monadic plane, and impacts the atmic body of the higher Initiates, is a pure and dynamic state of consciousness of Synthesis void of any differentiation. In a sense, it is just a seed of pure consciousness imbued with the Will to Synthesis of the higher Beings at Shamballa — that is, it is a First/Seventh Ray seed of consciousness.

On the atmic plane, as this pure and undifferentiated state of consciousness of Synthesis is absorbed and contemplated (i.e., built into a temple of consciousness) by the higher Initiates, it takes upon itself the quality of a dynamically creativity-impulsing state of consciousness of Synthesis — it is in this later form that the new state of consciousness of Synthesis descends into the consciousness of the Inner Group on the higher levels of the mental plane.

On the higher levels of the mental plane, as this archetypal state of consciousness of Synthesis is absorbed and contemplated (i.e., built into a temple of consciousness) by the Inner Group, it takes upon itself the qualities of buddhi and manas. The result is, first, a dynamically at-one-ing, creativity-impulsing state of consciousness and, second, a dynamically identity-giving, at-one-ing, creativity-impulsing state of consciousness — it is in this form that the new state of consciousness of Synthesis descends into the brain awareness of the Disciples on the physical plane.

On the brain-activity levels of awareness of the physical-etheric plane, as the qualified state of consciousness of Synthesis is absorbed and contemplated (i.e., built into a temple of consciousness) by the externalizing Disciples, it takes upon itself the quality of active vitality. The result is a state of consciousness dynamic, identity-giving, at-one-ing, creativity-impulsing and vitally active. This new state of consciousness is at this level so imbued with the power of the Will (atma), with the all-inclusive magnetism of Love (buddhi), with the intelligence of Identity (manas), and with the ‘sounds’ of vitality (electric prana), that all those who come in contact with it (humans and devas) are transformed into something new.

4. The centers of consciousness being created on the physical plane start with the Disciples on the physical plane who are absorbing and contemplating on the new state of consciousness ideated by the Inner Group. This work on the physical plane has already begun with you, and other Disciples will join as the new state of consciousness is absorbed more, contemplated more and communicated more by you. You, the Disciples, are, consequently, the seed or core fire for the new centers of consciousness. You will better fulfill this task the more you identify all aspects and levels of your being and consciousness with the Purpose of Synthesis at the core of the archetypal Idea descending from the Council at Shamballa. This state of identification is the new state of consciousness — it is a “group” consciousness founded on Purpose and Synthesis, and not just on Love as it was the case before.

5. The reflection on the physical plane of the state of consciousness, creative activity and Light structure of the Inner Group gives to the new centers of consciousness certain characteristics. These characteristics will evolve through time as the ideation process in the Inner Group matures more and more and as the Aquarian energies become more powerful on Earth. For now, here are some of them:

1. As their name implies, they are essentially centers of consciousness anchoring and embodying the new state of consciousness of Synthesis: dynamic, identity-giving, at-one-ing, creativity-impulsing and vitally active.
2. Similar to the Inner Group, the new centers of consciousness will at-one “the highest” with “the lowest” by means of creating the right relation between the fourth and the fifth. This means, among others things, that…
   • the Disciples will work with the energies of the heart and ajna centers as the conditioning energies, creating a triangulation of these two with the crown center — the Fire of Purpose or Living Light at the core of each center of consciousness will thus flow and reverberate through this triangle.
   • the illuminated mind, by the spiritual intuition, will be the touchstone from beginning to end in the centers’ existence, direction, decision-making and creative activities.
   • the goals of these centers of consciousness will be the transformation of identity of those contacted (personalities and devas), and the stimulation of the fourth and the fifth principles (buddhi and manas) in human beings.
   • these new centers of consciousness will express a creativity that is both magnetic and revealing.
   • through dynamic image and sound, three- and four-dimensionally presented, the new state of consciousness will be communicated.
   • the energies, qualities and resources of the Fourth and Fifth Rays will characterize the outer garment of these centers of consciousness.
3. Analogous to the Inner Group, the new centers of consciousness will not focus on creating any synthesis of groups, beings or other manifestations. Synthesis will manifest as a state of consciousness on Earth as the new centers do their work of relating “the highest” with “the lowest” by relating “the fourth” and “the fifth”.

Of course, according to the circumstances of culture, time and the Disciples’ Rays the new centers will exhibit particular outer garments and emphases in their expressions. But underlying them all, the new state of consciousness will be found emerging.
