The Inner Group’s expansion of its consciousness into the Presence of the One Life results in a sphere of golden Light descending and enveloping the sphere of the Inner Group. It is an energizing, dynamic Light carrying the principle of Leadership — Group Leadership.

At the core of the Inner Group there are twelve Initiate Disciples. They are both the prototype of the new state of consciousness and the “keepers of the Fire” of the Group. Around them there is a network of Disciples with various degrees of development and responsibility. One of the twelve addresses the Group today:
“It is my work to energize and coordinate the manifestation of seven Centers of Consciousness within the world of humanity. Each one of these will have as a central characteristic the quality of one of the Seven Rays. In turn, each Center will eventually be responsible for, energize and coordinate, directly or indirectly, seven initiatives within the new human civilization that is now being born. Each of these seven initiatives of a Center will carry at its core the quality of one of the seven sub-rays of its primary Ray.
Thus we have seven Centers of Ashramic Consciousness to appear within the consciousness and body of humanity which will create 49 avenues of descent and ascent — for the descent of the Living Light and for the ascent of identity/consciousness. All this organic structure is part of the process of externalization of the Hierarchy and of the birth of the Sixth Race Consciousness on Earth.
There is not a set order for the seven Centers of Consciousness to manifest on the physical plane, nor for their respective initiatives. What is to appear will do so according to the opportunities presented by humanity. Nonetheless, it is highly probable that the Centers of Consciousness first to appear are those qualified by the Second and Seventh Rays. Already those Disciples who are going to anchor the core of these two Centers are in the process of coalescing and becoming aware of their task. Perhaps, it would be more accurate to say that the new state of consciousness to create the Centers of Consciousness is already finding anchors within certain groups of Disciples who have Second and Seventh Ray souls and whose destiny it is to work on this.
It is, therefore, vitally important for each of you…
- to enter into The Silence and commune with the One Life…
- to listen to your heart…
- and to observe the inner and outer circumstances of your life and the opportunities coming through them.
From these three activities you will discover what your destiny is regarding the new Centers of Consciousness and you will know where to invest your creatorship power. It is all a matter of how expansive the sphere of your consciousness is — that is, how far your consciousness can penetrate both into the Realm of the One Life and into the world of humanity — and how much Will power you can invoke and use as a creator.
You should notice that our weekly dialogues in the sphere of the Inner Group are short but full of substance, or should we say full of Light? They are like bursts of energy or, rather, bursts of the Living Light. There is a reason and planning in this. These bursts of the Living Light follow a rhythm and a direction. This process is creating or making of your consciousness a new Center of Consciousness.
Look carefully at how this process is happening. With these bursts of the Living Light, we (from the Inner Group) are projecting avenues of the new state of consciousness into your incarnated consciousness (by ‘your’ we mean your group of Disciples). A path of ascent and descent (for the Living Light and for consciousness and identity) is thus being created. But also a sort of standing wave of the Living Light is being created within the consciousness and etheric body of the planet — this standing wave is the core and seed of a new Center of Consciousness.
Be clear about this, you (the externalizing Disciples) are not creating the new Centers of Consciousness. The Inner Group is. Your surrendering of consciousness and form to the One Life has presented this opportunity to the Inner Group. Eventually, you will repeat what the Inner Group is doing and, upon presented opportunities, you will project avenues of the new state of consciousness into the consciousness of humanity and create new standing waves of the Living Light — these projections will be carried on the initiatives that you will conceive, energize and sustain. For this you will follow a similar process to the one I just described to you. Let’s summarize it here:
- First — A creative visualization of a living structure within the consciousness and body of humanity (this visualization includes the purpose, the state of consciousness and the characteristics of this living structure),
- followed by…
- Second — The rhythmic application of bursts of the Living Light along the living structure that you, the externalizing group, have visualized.
Ponder on what has been given to you today. Realize that the more your human consciousness endeavors to conceive, ideate or contemplate what the new state of consciousness is about, the more you will absorb the Living Light coming to you through these communions and making of you a center of Light and Power.”
