Event:
The Inner Group rises its awareness to enter into the sphere of consciousness of the Ashram of Synthesis. There, a revelation dawns upon our consciousness:
Life is Purposeful Beingness… and Life is all there is.
The sphere of Purpose manifests the sphere of Consciousness. The sphere of Consciousness manifests the sphere of “informed” Substance. These three, when at-oned by Purposeful Beingness, bring forth a form visible to human eyes.

The following questionis asked to the Inner Group:
How does the creator make “informed” Substance manifest on the physical plane?
From several foci of consciousness the following thoughts are shared:
1. In any creation, a state of consciousness manifests within the sphere of purpose created by an Idea or intention — this state of consciousness (also called, a soul) is thus “the first born” in the creating act.
The created state of consciousness, in turn, becomes the motive power that moves mind, feeling and brain activity to give an intelligent, magnetic form to the Idea or intention — this subtle form is an “informed” substance (or etheric pattern) and is “the second born” in the creating act.
After this, form manifestation on the lower subplanes of the physical plane is made possible by the combined power of the sphere of purpose, the state of consciousness and the “informed” substance… all brought together to a point of “beingness” by Purposeful Beingness. Thus, the dense form manifesting in the lower subplanes of the physical plane is “the third born” in the creating act.
2. To understand this somewhat cryptic description of how “the third born” manifests, we need to understand the nature of the elemental lives or substances that constitute the lowest three subplanes of the physical plane, as well as the nature of “the second born” or etheric pattern.
Essentially, the elemental substances of the dense, liquid and gaseous subplanes have two main characteristics: One, they have a lower vibratory rate than that of the elemental lives or substances of the four physical etheric subplanes. Two, they are “deaf” and “blind” to the light and sounds emanating from these four physical etheric subplanes; in other words, they have no natural attraction to “the second born”.
In the act of manifesting an “informed” substance or etheric pattern on the lowest three subplanes, this etheric pattern does not densify or lose in vibratory potency. No, it retains its energy and magnetic integrity. The manifestation of “the third born” is, instead, the result of the etheric pattern of “informed” substance attracting to itself elemental substances of the three lowest subplanes. However, if these lower substances do not have a natural attraction for the etheric substances, how is “the second born” clothed by them?
In the seven planes of the Cosmic Physical Plane, there is an analogous situation to this situation of the physical-etheric plane. In the Cosmic Physical Plane, the devas or substances of the mental, astral and physical planes have no natural attraction for the devic substances of the buddhi, atmic, monadic and logoic planes; hence, they do not have a spontaneous attraction to conform to the Plan. In the evolutionary design of our Solar System, the Solar Angels that make up the souls for the Human Hierarchy constitute the critical bridge between these two groups of substances so that under their command the unresponsive substances conform to the patterns created in the four higher planes.
In the gaseous sub-plane of the physical plane, there is a group of fire devas who play an analogous role to the one played by the Solar Angels on the higher subplanes of the mental plane. It is thus these fire devas that need to be engaged in the process of manifesting “the third born”. They have the power to command the dense, liquid and gaseous elementals to conform to the etheric pattern of any “informed substance”.
So…
How does one engage these fire devas to manifest in visible form an informed substantial pattern?
First, one does not engage them directly.
They are Fire itself, the same Fire that characterizes the monad, though in its opposite electric polarity. In other words, they can be described as “sparks” of the One Life that are purer or unclothed by other substances. If human beings were to contact them directly through incantations or rituals, these fire devas would burn the human bodies. To grasp the extent of their power, it suffices to look at those elementals responsible for radioactivity in radioactive substances. These elementals of radioactivity belong to the same group of fire devas that we are now considering.
The technique to engage the fire devas is through our identification with the spiritual will of the monad, aided by the Solar Angels of our soul.
The use of the spiritual will here in the act of manifestation is not a mystical identification with an overshadowing Divinity. It is a direct visualization and acknowledgment of the presence of the One Life at the core of the created “informed” substantial etheric pattern, plus the intention to see the creation manifest; all of this while preserving one’s identity as the Son of God. This is the meaning of what was said previously: “…form manifestation on the lower subplanes of the physical plane is made possible by the combined power of the sphere of purpose, the state of consciousness and the “informed” substance… all brought together to a point of “beingness” by Purposeful Beingness.”
All these rapports… with the spiritual will of the soul, with the Solar Angels of the soul, with the etheric pattern of the new creation, and with the fire devas of the gaseous sub-plane… are possible because one has refined and perfected the multidimensional body of triad–soul–personality. And in this multidimensional mechanism, the “third eye” is the organ used to bring into a synthesis the entire creative process.
It is then the magnetic sphere around the “third eye” that serves as a sphere of contact with the fire devas and that protects the rest of the etheric-physical body from any damage by Fire. It is within the magnetic sphere of the “third eye” that the monadic fire (spiritual will) touches the fire of substance (the fire devas) and commands it to fulfill the Son of God’s will (the “informed” substantial etheric pattern). And it is by helping to hold one’s identity as a Son of God while using “the third eye” that the Solar Angels participate in the process.
3. It is then the multidimensional energy structure of the creator’s bodies that bridges the power of the Father aspect (the monad) with the power of the Mother aspect (informed Substance) during the process of manifestation. And this applies both to the individual creator and to the group creator.
You, as individual Disciples, are still perfecting your multidimensional energy body. But your identification and energy integration with the outer and inner levels of the Ashramic Group to which you belong help compensate in each of you any lack of development in this respect. Work then as a creator within the sphere of the group. Some degree of self-testing will be needed. It cannot be otherwise.
